Located on the main floor, the Game/TV Room features two HDTVs, one a 52" High Definition TV with full surround sound and Blu-Ray DVD player.  The second is 32" High Definition TV over the wet bar with beverage refrigerator and perfectly located for viewing while playing billiards on the beautiful pool table.

Spacious pool room with nice views of backyard (as shown on right) and beautiful towering Jeffrey Pines.  A large patio is just outside through the frenchdoors where you will find a gas BBQ ideal for fixing a great meal for all of your guests. 

Enjoy the adjacent home theatre system while lounging on a very comfortable "L shaped" couch with ottoman.  The 1080p Blu-Ray DVD player offers a stunning video experience.  Choose movies from our in-house selection that is updated with the latest releases along with a few classics. 

In addition to watching Blu-Ray DVDs, we offer a wide selection of DirecTV channels including NFL Sunday Ticket during football season.  The Game/TV room is decorated with Framed Jerseys of Bay Area sports stars.
