Rental Rates: From $399 per night in spring and fall; Winter $449 - $669 per night; Summer $449 - $669 per night; Holiday rates vary - see the Rental Calendar for rates and availability; 3 night minimum is required for most stays.  See vacation rental calender under the BOOK NOW tab for specific rates.

Credit Cards Accepted

Deposit: 25% is due at time of booking with balance due 30 days (60 days for holiday reservations) prior to arrival.

Cancellations: $100 charge if made outside 30 day period (60 days for holiday reservations). Cancellations made within 30 days (60 days for holidays) are non-refundable.

Cleaning fees: Included for stays of 3 nights or more otherwise $250. 

Pavilion Passes (Optional): Available for $10/day per person for up to 12 guests. See Amentities for Pavilion activities.

Policies:  Maximum occupancy is 12 guests including children. Due to County ordinances, all interior Resort facilities are non-smoking including the home.
